Welcome to the 2024-25 school year!

This will be my 5th year teaching in Redfield and my 10th year overall. I started my college education at North Dakota State University, worked for United Airlines, and eventually received my Bachelor's degree from Mt. Marty College. I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Education and Administration from USD. I am an assistant Varsity Football coach, an assistant for Varsity Girls Basketball, and I am the head coach for Boys and Girls Track. I also help out with HS/Legion Baseball. I love sports and the outdoors. In the fall, we help out at the family hunting lodge by Wessington Springs.

My wife, Angie, is the Principal of Redfield Elementary. Our son, Ethan, is a Junior. This year, Ruben is joining our family! He is from Spain. He joins: Ines (Portugal), Martina (Italy), Letizia (Italy), Carlijne (Netherlands), Rose (France), Siobhan (Australia), and Mathilde (Denmark) who are all family now! I can't forget my other 3 children...my dogs, Chevy (Chocolate Lab), who is 11 years old and white-faced now, and Alanis or "Nay-Nay" (Chocolate Lab), who is 5, and our newest addition, Oliver or "Ollie" (Puggle) who is 6 months.

I am looking forward to another great year and working with everyone in the community.
