Welcome to the 2021-22 school year!

This will be my 2nd year teaching in Redfield and my 7th year overall. I previously taught 5th grade Science and Social Studies at Buchanan Elementary in Pierre, SD. I started my college education at North Dakota State University, worked for United Airlines, and eventually received my Bachelor's degree from Mt. Marty College. Someday, I hope to continue pursuing my Master's degree in Education and Administration. I coach MS Football and am the assistant for Varsity Girls Basketball. I love sports and the outdoors. In the fall, we help out at the family hunting lodge by Wessington Springs.

My wife, Angie, teaches 2nd grade. My son, Ethan, is an 8th grader. Once again we will be hosting an exchange student this year. Her name is Rose and she is from France. She will be a Junior. I can't forget my other 3 children...my dogs. Rufus (Puggle), Chevy (Chocolate Lab), and Alanis or "Nay-Nay" (Chocolate Lab).
